Over the last 20 years we have developed a 5-step system to make sure every project runs smoothly and is finished on-time & on-budget for every client.
Step 1: Define the space or each room you want to Renovate
Knowing what each room in the property is going to be used for and who is going to use it is fundamental for us to create a design that works for everyone and looks stunning.
Step 2: Approval & preparation for work to start
Once the project is finalized and all aspects are approved by the client preparation is key. We always ensure that all the prep work required to each space for the renovation is carried out before we start to ensure nothing is missed.
Step 3: Remodeling work
At this stage, all the remodeling work is done to accommodate the new renovation design. Depending on the project it is at this stage we will make sure the property is water-tight, fitting new roofs, walls, windows, and doors.
Step 4: Fitting stage
Depending on the project (eg. loft conversion or extension) the first part of this stage is to make sure the property is watertight – installing new roofs, walls, windows and doors. Once the property is watertight, we look to do all the internal work such as plastering, doors, electrics and plumbing.
Step 5: Fixtures, fittings & finish
This final stage includes everything from fitting lights, tiling, wallpaper and painting to bathroom & kitchen installations. The property is then kitted out with all your furnishings before being handed back to the client.
